GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The hawk that soars high never falls of debility, if you are full of vigor there is no fear of calamity. (Allama Iqbal)

In the light of past 40 years of experience and limited knowledge, whatever I have learned and understood, share and pass it to those who are in the pursuit of personal development and success and who want to change their lives.

People are the most important asset of any Nation, the actual investment should be made in people, this is an asset that never depreciates. People’s progress is a nation’s progress. Unfortunately we have severely lacked to invest in our people, in our human resources. We are way behind academically, technically and morally. The educational and academic institutions are becoming too commercialized, they are interested in making money rather than doing their actual job of providing education and knowledge.

Education no doubt is very important, however personal development and success is not dependent on one’s degrees or educational qualifications, it is more dependent on training and coaching. It is more dependent on one’s actions, one’s morals and character, values and ethics. There was a time when it was said that “if you read and write you will hail, if you play and dabble you will fail,” but we see that many learned and educated failed and many players and dabblers succeeded in their lives.

God has never changed circumstances of a nation, which never thinks of changing it's own condition.

Everyone knows that the world is changing, it is getting smaller and smaller, we are living in a global village, the change is so rapid that it has become very difficult to keep pace with it. Competition is tough and getting tougher day by day. We are in the age of information revolution. Every individual is connected with each other. If we will not change, we will be changed by someone else. Change is the only constant we live with, while this is true, however one thing is certainly constant, that is the laws of nature.  Laws  of nature are laws of Allah they never change. The couplet written on the top is by Maulana Zafar Ali Khan, it is a translation, however it is actually based on Allah’s Law. Allah Says in Sura e Ar-Rad sign (verse) 11: “Indeed Allah never changes the condition of a nation (people) until they change what they have within their hearts.

Certainly change is constant for certain things, but certainly certain things remain constant. (Dr. Jeelani)

“Yesterday I was clever, I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, I am changing myself.” (Rumi)

People say that developed nations have adopted our (Islamic) morals, values and ethics, this is not true, because these morals, values and ethics don’t belong to any religion, whosoever will adopt them, is bound to become prosperous and successful may it be an individual or a nation. If we really want to prosper, develop and succeed then we need to change our paradigms, our thoughts, our habits, our characters, our ways and means of doing things, we need to go back to our original morals, values and ethics because these are the universal laws for prosperity and success, the laws of nature, the laws of God.

Wise is not he who knows the answers to every question, but he who knows where to find the answers.

Search your destination beyond destination. If you find a river, search for an ocean. (Iqbal, poet of the East)

Success and development is not a destination that you arrive at, it is a continuous struggle. It is a continuum of win-lose, it is a war, a fight between you and with yourself. If this fight is for the betterment of humanity, for peace, safety, security, honor, love, and sanctity of fellow human beings it will be called a war of achievement and success, and one will surely be successful, otherwise it will be a war of misery and destitution. Money, fame, honor are the spoils of war, the bigger the win the bigger the spoil, the bigger the defeat, the bigger the loss.

In this war there is only one winner and one loser, and that is you, yourself.

"You are not a drop in the ocean, you are an entire ocean in a drop." (Shaikh Saadi)

What can I do for you? I cannot do anything for you, whatever needs to be done will be done by you, because I believe that “no one can teach anyone anything unless one is ready to learn, no one can change anyone unless one is ready for change”. The only thing I can do is share my learning and understanding, give you some ways and means, some plans, strategies and tactics that in my view are crucial to win the war, however in this war there is only one person who will win or lose, and that person is you, yourself. The decision is in your hands. It’s time to decide right here and now. Choose wisely.

Do you want to be a drop in an ocean, or do you want to be an ocean in a drop?
